- organising various activities and projects in the field of dance;
- working continuously with partners from a national and international network to support dance artists and build audiences for dance;

Remuneration policy
Due to the alliance with Internationaal Theater Amsterdam, the WNT (Dutch Standards for Remuneration Act) does not apply to Stichting Julidans. The remuneration ceiling is not reached; the staff working on Julidans are hired on a freelance basis or are employed by ITA and seconded to Stichting Julidans (including the director). For both ITA employees and freelancers, salaries are determined in accordance with the collective labour agreement for Theatre and Dance (cao Toneel en Dans).
Board members receive no remuneration for performing their duties. Expenses incurred by members in performing their duties are reimbursed on a claims basis.
