Delay the Sadness by Sharon Eyal / S‑E‑D has been nominated for the Rose International Dance Prize.
The performance, a Julidans co-production, has been shortlisted for this international prize, which is awarded each year to striking and innovative dance work from around the world.
The Rose International Dance Prize focuses on contemporary makers who show a strong artistic voice internationally. The selection is made by a professional jury and gives a good picture of what is currently happening in dance.
The Bloom Prize, the category for smaller-scale work and emerging makers, also includes a nomination we recognise from Julidans: IT’S THE END OF THE AMUSEMENT PHASE.
Both nominated performances are part of the Julidans 2026 programme. IT’S THE END OF THE AMUSEMENT PHASE can be seen on 3 and 4 July. Delay the Sadness plays on 11, 12, 13 and 14 July.
